SiriusXm Satellite Hardware Error

Just started receiving Satellite Hardware Error for (SiriusXm)upon start up of my Grand Wagoneer radio...hard reset works, but once I turn the vehicle off and restart the error shows again... anyone else experiencing the same issue?
