Short lived enjoyment

The part now has an eta of 03/2022.

I called the dealership as the loaner vehicle is due for an oil change to see how they want to handle this, I asked to speak to my service advisor, he was at lunch, so I left my name and number with lady that answered the phone, my service advisor never called me back.

@WagoneerCxSvc in this case who is paying for the rental loaner, Wagoneer or the dealership?
I think @WagoneerCxSvc service must be out to lunch as well. My Wagoneer SII started the binding while turning again so it’s been at the dealer. Called on Thursday to talk with my case manager, requested a call back… I’m still waiting, so my hypothesis is, your service advisor and my case manager are out for a long lunch together. All I wanted was to discuss getting out of the GC (not L) I received as a loaner if it’s going to be longer then a week.

Maybe so, lol.

Hertz rental rate listed on their website for full size suv is $5,000 per month, we've had the rental for 2 months, so someone is going to have a pretty hefty bill.

At least you know it won't be you, so that Dealership and Stellantis must be having an interesting discussion!

Sorry, I was just kidding😂 Although I did reach out on Thursday and here it is Tuesday and I’ve yet to hear back. I called and left another message today. Up until this point the communication was spot on though, probably just a minor hiccup.

I did not receive my weekly update today. This has been the first week I have not received a status update.

Ditto, I didn't receive my status update either. Strange, WCS has been almost like clockwork. Hope that means they are waiting a day because ALL of us are getting our vehicles shipped tomorrow!

Okay, I just slapped myself, I'm back to reality again. I suspect increased customers because of more sales, more calls loading WCS down as they continue to hire more people. 🤞

My service advisor called this morning and said the part was delayed again until 04/07, I called him back and he told me the part had shipped yesterday and should be there 3-5 business days.

Part delays are certainly frustrating and we'd like to provide you some assistance. Feel free to send us a private message with more details to get started.

Now its the fuse box, I was told an upgraded replacement is on the way.
It looks like they started out at the DriveTrain box and whatever happened was electrical and shot back up to what should have blocked any surge, the fuse box. Wow... Hope the damage stopped at that point (if that's what happened). Either way, you may end up with a completely 'new' system by the time they are done.
