I ordered a GWSIII in April and it went to JS status in late June where it remained for months. A week ago, I received a call from Jeep (not the dealer who by the way is clueless and never informed) that my original order was cloned to a new order and vehicle, which will be accelerated through production and is expected to arrive at my dealer here in Texas no later than the end of this month. I received a new VON and VIN. After multiple checks with my dealer, they don't have any details and are still tracking the original VO and VIN. The new VON and VIN shows the vehicle to be in KZ status and I am to receive another update this Monday. According to Jeep, the status levels are updated once a week and the last one, for my vehicle, was on November 3rd.

I'm optimistic this newer vehicle will arrive to my dealer within the next week or so. I am a longtime Jeep loyalist and owner of multiple Jeep vehicles but, their dealer setup and caliber of their operation, are not equipped to handle high end buyers. My dealer now has the sales manager acting as my salesperson and even that is a challenge.
I heard yesterday my vehicle is to be delivered to the dealer between 17-26NOV.

I ordered a Grand Wagoneer on 9/4 and was told it was in D status on 9/9. Today (11/6) I check the status with someone on Jeep Chat and I’m told “it’s still in the scheduling phase. That the parts are being scheduled and as soon as they are available the build will be scheduled.” They wouldn’t give me a status code but that sounds like a C or D. So it seems like I’m 2 months in and going backwards. Anyone else having this issue?
Three months in and still D. If I get it this year I think I'll be lucky.

Just thought I would post this to give others a sense of what they might expect. Didn't see an existing thread where this would easily fit into.

I placed an order for a G3 series III on October 15th and just got word it's moved out of D and is in D1 and scheduled to ship on 11/23.
I ordered GW3 in April. Mine is still in D1 status, delivery date has been moved 6 times. I found one in Houston, not the color I ordered but had a few more options than I ordered. Bought it, tired of waiting. The day I bought it, received an email from wagoneer concierge stating “they didn’t have all the parts available to continue my build at this time” and delivery date was rescheduled again.

Mine is still sitting on a railcar, in a railyard 20 min from my dealer. Been sitting there for a week now. Apparently, nobody available at BNSF to unload the vehicles.

Confirmed we are still in D status as of today. Waiting is the hardest part! Mind you it has only been 19 days since the Wagoneer III was ordered but it seems a lot longer than that.

I'm still in D from Aug 6
My truck is at the final stage of shipping before dealership arrival. Thanksgiving will be 90 days since ordering (28 Aug), hope to have it on Saturday but its a small victory as the wife will go nuts wanting her new Jeep. As a reference, the truck stayed in D1 for 32 days. I was hoping the Jeep would move a little quicker but realistically I would expect January delivery however once the parts are "on hand" and hit D1, things can go pretty quick.

I ordered mid-April. After they built my first one in August, removed my name from it, cloned the order and built me a second one at the end of Oct, I finally received it yesterday.

I expected it to go quicker. Seems some have to wait 3 months others over 6 from order to delivery. Looks like by the time they get to mine it'll end up on the 6-month side of things. I get so tempted to say the heck with it. But I'm too much money into it to bail.

Well, I sort of hate to post this knowing how many of you ordered back in April or May and still have not received your vehicle, but things seem to be moving along pretty quickly for my build! I signed my build sheet and paid my $500 deposit on 10/7. I got a VIN on 10/11, and on 10/20 my salesman sent an email that I have an estimated ship date of 10/30. Unfortunately, I didn't see the email until 11/5 and quickly made a $100 donation to Tread Lightly to hopefully be able to negotiate affiliate pricing when it gets here. I called the concierge tonight just to see if what they say matches up with my salesman.

The lady I got on the phone with the concierge was extremely nice, no doubt US-based, and told me that as of today 11/10 I had a status change to KZ, waiting for transport. It sounds like it has passed all inspections and is parked and waiting to be loaded onto a train. I ordered a Black on Balck Series II 4x4 with every package but the Rear-Seat Entertainment, I also passed on the passenger interactive display. The specific packages I have are the Convenience group, premium group, advanced all-terrain group, heavy-duty trailer-tow, and 2nd-row seating group.

I'm just blown away by the current status considering it has only been a few days past one month since I placed the order. This is making me wonder if the Rear-Seat Entertainment group and passenger interactive display is the cause of a lot of the delays others are having. It would make sense knowing that electronics and computer chips have been a major source of supply chain issues.

I will post more updates as my order progresses and more importantly how my price negotiation goes. As it stands my MSRP sale price is $83,615. Hopefully, I receive my Tread Lightly packet in time before it gets here so I can possibly get the 1% below invoice.
Hello, what is "Tread Lightly" I put in my order on the 12th, last week I spoke to the dealer and the said it was in D status..

Hey all. Joined the forum to see what others are saying about the order process. Looks like I’m not alone. Ordered GW Series III in March. Got email from WCS headed to production May 29th. F Status on June 14 via email from WCS. October 1st email that “my premium driving experience is almost here” from WCS. Dealer says it was shipped to storage with ship date of October 14. November 1st, Dealer says it was put on the train two days earlier. Dealer says now that it’s not on a train and status just shows “first rail departure” and has had that status for weeks. I know the dealership is hassling corporate, but say they are getting stone walled. Owner of the dealership is my wife’s cousin, so I know I’m getting the straight story. Pretty crazy. Chrysler has really stepped on it with this roll out. I get COVID has certainly complicated things, but they lack of updates, information, and quality control is inexcusable.

Also find it hilarious that WCS sent an email that they will now be available 24/7 and no one has been working all weekend.

Ordered mine in May, but still haven't taken delivery. I was supposed to have it by the end of November. I happened to drive by the dealership and saw my vehicle (checked the VIN to match) sitting on the lot with a huge scratch in the door, but nobody called me about it's arrival or the status. Wagoneer concierge emailed me asking if I took delivery. If I hadn't have driven by and saw it I wouldn't have known that its probably in the body shop right now.

That’s crazy! Have you spoken to the dealer about this?
