Ordered Grand Wagoneer 3 in July. Finally came in, went to go pick up today and dealer said 4wd and seat would not work. Am I pissed? No, just disappointed. Recently sold my TRX so I could take my mother to cancer treatments. She had trouble getting in and out, figured Wagoneer would be easier on her. Bought my father a 392 for his 80th. Love
The brand but I expect more from them. Disappointed!

Cancelled my order on Monday. Sad because I was really looking forward to the loaded White Obsidian we ordered but couldn’t wait any longer and was second guessing the price tag. Maybe in a couple of years when they do a refresh to hopefully fix the glitches and the ugly parts in my opinion (side window pillars, back window, lack of roof spoiler).

Man - sorry for your mom!
Hope your dad is enjoying the 392!!!!
Have you opened cases about your Wags with @Wagoneer Client Services?
Be persistent.
I too left TRX behind and considered ditching Wags but EVERY TRX from Maine to FLA has a dealer markup that I refuse to pay. Ugh.....

Ugh. Sorry @JeepRealtor !!! Though plagued with programming type issues - it truly is a remarkable lux ute! Hope you find what you are looking for and the peace of mind that comes with an investment at this price point!

Same here yesterday. Ordered in March. Was shipped to storage in July and in a ready to ship, not shipped status for 10 weeks. Had 5 shipping ETAs and all were missed and now WCS has no shipping ETA. I turned in my wife’s Navigator in July and have been making due thinking the GW was “due any day”. Went back to another Navigator for the time being. Seems like these W and GWs are awesome vehicles (when they are working) and I’m sure I’ll try one in the future. That will also give Jeep time to improve the user experience, where Lincoln has them soundly beat.

Bummer man but good for you! Did you get your deposit back? How did that go with the dealer? Thanks

I previously sold my gladiator to the dealership and and got myself a Grand Cherokee L overland for myself and ordered the Wagoneer for my wife. Honestly, not loving the GCL, might come out of it early, and get a Ram 1500 Laramie Night GT, which was my original plan. For now, I extended the lease on the Wife’s Expedition Limited Stealth. Don’t know what I’m gonna do for her yet, possibly just go with a Pacifica AWD LImited S if I can find one or decide to order one. Will definitely save money this way until I decide to give the Grand Wagoneer a try again in the future.

I have bought several vehicles from them in the last year and a half, so I know they would refund it based on how long I’ve been waiting. But I want some stuff for my new Ram, so they gladly agreed to apply it there instead.

Here we go!!! What is the over/under??

Good Afternoon,

I have great news! Your vehicle has entered the sequenced for production stage. What this means is that we are currently collecting all the parts needed and scheduling your vehicle for each stage of the build. This stage can take some time, as there is many parts needed to be collected.

I will continue to monitor your vehicle for any change.

I'm going to go with the over/under date of Feb 25th, and taking the over.

Got an update on mine as well. My dealer called me last week Friday (1/07) saying I'm finally beyond the dreaded "gathering parts" parts stage (D) with a ship date of 2/13 - had been sitting waiting on parts since 11/24.

Wagoneer Client Services also reached out; sent this to me early this evening:

"Good Evening,

I wanted to follow-up with you to let you know that all of the materials needed to start the build have been received. Your vehicle should be entering the build process very soon. I will continue to monitor your order and follow-up with you next Monday."

Curious to see if that 2/13 ship date holds true or not...

Did anyone have problems getting their VIN to be recognized by the Wagoneer Client Services portal (MOPAR)? WCS provided me the VIN based on the VON, yet any attempts to add that vehicle to my MOPAR account yields an error, can't find it. I plan on waiting one week, trying again and seeing if it is a matter of database update cycles between Stellantis systems.

Is your vehicle actually built yet? You won’t be able add it anywhere online (or to any apps) until it’s built. Once your VIN comes back with a build sheet and a window sticker you should be able to add it online without issues.

Thank you for the 'secret sauce', makes sense.

Does make me ask the next question: how are people on the forum getting updates as the build progresses then, purely based on calls into WCS? Pester the dealership for info? :)

I ordered mine at 8 PM on a Monday night and was on the phone with WCS before I was even halfway out of bed Tuesday morning wanting an update 😂. For the first couple of weeks I tried to limit myself to two calls to them per week - I wanted to mostly hide the crazy. I could’ve contacted my dealer but wanted them to think I was normal and patient like I lead them to believe. WCS offered to follow up with me via email once per week with an update which I happily accepted. But then like a true cracky I found myself not being able to concentrate on anything else that day until I got my fix and the email showed up. If the email didn’t show up I’d be having a meltdown in the corner. If it DID show up but didn’t report any updates? Also a meltdown in the corner 😂😂😂

Okay, I’m dramatizing my wait a LITTLE bit. I’m mostly patient and happy to wait but I’m definitely super stoked about my GW3. More so I’m just hoping it is built and arrives without the issues the early delivery/current customers have been reporting here. I would definitely encourage you to call WCS and periodically check; they’re happy to do so and excited to report what they find for the most part. If they don’t offer on their own, ask to receive an automatic update and they’ll create a case for you. Your dealer can also check the status any time they’d like so your sales rep could do all of this for you as well. I have a custom ordered BMW being delivered this week that I had fun watching cross the Atlantic and making its way to the Midwest over the past few months - I’m actually a little more excited about my Wagoneer. In the meantime I live vicariously through YouTube videos and the folks here.

Do you have a timeline from your dealer? Also, completely unrelated, with an awesome name like Costa, am I assuming correctly that you’re Greek?

So I'm not the only one that can't wait for any update... I think the dealership thinks I'm a stalker, I drive through the lot after lunch just looking for another GW to show my best buddy.

Thanks for the scoop on updates, makes sense. Sales said they'd update me so I'll give them a few weeks and see what happens. I too ordered a GW3, ready to take it to the family camp in the National Forest, probably a tight squeeze to get through the trail so it will be slow and steady the first few times. And yes, YouTube vids, primary Wagoneer build site to confirm I got the right color (Midnight Sky Blue), all of it. And you guess correctly, that is my heritage. You as well since you recognized it? 😁🏛️

Mine (wife's actually) has made it to Memphis, where it will wait for a week or three. ETA is between 1/20 and 2/1, even though it's only two hours from dealer.

Ordered on 10/15, so we are just about at three months, and will likely be 3.5 months from order to delivery.
