Seat Warmer Shutting Off

Hello all. I know it is summer, but my wife uses the seat warmers regardless of the outside temperature. She says it will only stay on for a min or so before it shuts off. The passenger side seems to work ok. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I’m sure it is a software issue of some sort. Again, I know it is summer so I’m sure that seat warmers are not a “hot” feature right now!

There is a known TSB for the heated seat elements. You may want to check out a lot of the items from earlier issues that have been fixed. Dealerships are SUPPOSED to do all the TSB and CSBs but they don't, so here is a starter for you.

Hope this helps, and again, there is a known problem with models built before 31 March that the Dealership should get fixed. Stellantis engineers can help the Dealership if they've not done it before.
