So after lots of replacing parts, and multiple software updates, we are down to the following issues.

2. Center console screen show the same thing, except when enlarge nothing showing at all.
i saw lots of videos on YouTube showing everything works.

Don't have my GW yet, however I'd like to help. I created an account already on the MOPAR site, and it has manuals that aren't with the vehicle (from what I'm told). It should include the Passenger screen info. I'm also going to alert a few of the helpful folks on this forum here as well. @DocSkip (Moderator) and @Dahammer plus @coolerbythelake may have insights. I'ma lso tagging the Wagoneer Client Services, they should be there for you as well, their primary function is to be post-sales even though they are helping wherever they can since it is a new release vehicle. @WagoneerCxSvc MOPAR site URL pasted below.

Here is the owner's manual which you can look at online or download for offline reading.

Also, try resetting your screen. Quote from manual:
Your Uconnect system may also have SCREEN OFF
and MUTE buttons on the faceplate.
Push the SCREEN OFF button on the faceplate to turn off the Uconnect screen. Push the button again or tap the screen to turn the screen on.
Press the Back Arrow button to exit out of a Menu or certain option on the Uconnect system.
Push and hold the Power button on the radio’s faceplate for a minimum of 15 seconds to reset the radio.

Lastly, you can try youtube or go to Facebook groups and look for Wagoneer groups to join if you like.

See page starting at 219 of manual titled (Multimedia). Page 225 there is a section which I copied - restore to factory setting from the main screen.

Restore Settings to DefaultThis setting will return all the previously changed settings to their factory default.

I think the moderator should make a section titled Manuals which contain links or downloads of owner manuals, TSB's, and troubleshooting. IMHO a section should include dealerships that are ripping off customers with exorbitant fees added on and or poor dealership vehicle service departments with customer complaints. So that we know who to avoid. Of course, there is also Yelp and Google. To write up complaints or positive feedback.

@DocSkip See above, you should be able to create those major topic Forums, right? Something beyond this General forum for those specific topics, I like where @Dahammer suggests key items to always find for new folks, heck all of us!
