Hello everyone.

Our team wanted to make all Wagoneer owners aware that a TSB has been released for a Power Side Step Module Update. We recommend that if you haven't already, you get in touch with your dealer to get repairs started. If anyone needs assistance or an extra layer of support while there, please send us a private message. Thanks!

Kate, does this apply to the (L) models also?? have the first one for shows and I need to unplug them before we put it on transporter. guess all the engineers I've talked with are correct, a software update fixes everything. lmao

Hey there! This TSB only mentions the Grand Wagoneer and Wagoneer at this time. However, if you're experiencing concerns with the L version that you'd like to discuss, I would certainly be happy to dig in. Send me a private message when you're able.

Thanks Kate, just wondered if the tsb included the L, I'm sure before it goes to the next big event SWAT team will update, or I'll make sure they do. thanks again.

Hi, in looking at the TSB is is for all vehicles built before April 19th, so the L shouldn't be included. Sounds like you have an early demo model though, you in Marketing? 🙂

well I personally I'm not. we house all the show vehicles for the 4 major auto shows, and other events. the 2 "L"s that got reveled in New York came from the shop, and those were built before the date. these are early pilot vehicles, we tore them apart, repaint, and added couple things the vehicles didn't get built with. night vision, cooler in center console, and passenger screen. this involved changing 4 harnesses for the GW, the wagoner was body harness for rear screens. these vehicles will be scraped when we are done with them.
