Poor treatment

i Have worked with connected services for 4 months regarding having no live traffic and weather app not working. I’ve gotten an email every week telling me they are working on my case and thank you for being patient. Today I get an email saying I need to go to a dealership and they are closing my case. It took them 4 months to come to this conclusion?!? Now they are wiping their hands on it and I’m on my own to start from scratch at the dealership? This is my first and last Jeep product. What terrible customer service at this price point.

They are horrible. And any inquiry is answered by an overseas operator with no clue and no authority to do anything to help. They will however string you along, and then blame it on waiting for their manager to respond. Just wait, after six months of ownership they want to start billing us for Uconnect navigation and use of the Wagoneer app. They didn't seem to care when I pointed out that the app was down for much of the last six months, so we never really got the six months trial period.
