i Have worked with connected services for 4 months regarding having no live traffic and weather app not working. I’ve gotten an email every week telling me they are working on my case and thank you for being patient. Today I get an email saying I need to go to a dealership and they are closing my case. It took them 4 months to come to this conclusion?!? Now they are wiping their hands on it and I’m on my own to start from scratch at the dealership? This is my first and last Jeep product. What terrible customer service at this price point.
