An observation. Having experienced a new model truck early in release, 2019 Ram 1500, there were a lot of issues early on (based on reports on a sister forum). So far, based on this forum the Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer seem to have relatively few "new model" issues. What do you think? Could it be because there are only about 1250 members, so the sample base is too small? Or the membership of this forum is not reporting? Or, is this new model fairly well engineered and manufactured? Personally, based on my experience, having owned my vehicle since February, 2022 the vehicle is well designed and manufactured. I also would like to see a much larger membership base, but that probably won't happen since the total sale of these vehicles is only a fraction of what the Ram trucks is.

We did have issues of course, posted them in a checklist thread. Seems most got handled by Stellantis in the first 6 months of release. Now it is more of some minor bugs in the Software and a few of the pre-March built vehicles with residual issues that Dealers didn't fix when the TSB and CSBs came out.

Add to that the fact it is a low number given the target buyer/price range, about 30k sold, 1250 members is pretty good. Also need to factor in the fact Luxury SUV folks aren't really going to jump into forums unless it is a defect to be addressed/fixed. Top it off with the lack of aftermarket as FamilyTruckster mentioned, modding stays rather quiet as well.

All makes for a bit more confidence in the build.

WCS has their shake out to do as well, as with any customer facing Services org, it is a challenge to find people with soft skills. So all in all, it does lend an anecdotal perspective of a really good first year rollout at this point.

I can tell you that one of the FB group feeds is full of nothing but complaints. Recently it has been a lot of AC complaints not cold enough and the vented seats vs cooled seats. Random electrical complaints - flashing dash, TV.

Just spitballing but I’d say probably 75% of the complaints are for Wagoneer not GW. It could actually even be more than that. There are 6500 members.

Thanks for the post. I guess I forgot about the possibility of a FB group. I would like to be able to view that group, but can't make myself rejoin FB. I closed my account over a year ago and don't regret it. I was addicted to it, took up too much time and kept me stirred up.

That's pretty much the focus on groups at FB, feeding frenzy style instead of taking a deep breath, getting help from others or helping others, etc.

Most here get help from group memeber. We also get WCS help as well when Dealers don't do their work. I'm guessing not all dealers will be selling Wagoneer or Grand Wagoneer next year. They had a grace period to build a new showroom, hire a concierge, etc. to spin up for a new Brand launch. Many said naw, Stellantis wants all the sales it can get. They don't think about the fact Maserati is a Stellantis brand too, see a lot of those?

Being a first year, and having sold more Wagoneers than GW, the odds are higher for Wagoneers to have a larger voice on challenges. It really has settled down here in the last two plus months, but people really chimed in when having a problem, then focused on how do we get it fixed. Next round of steady posts will start happening when the after market finally starts, soon I hope! 🤞
