Ok so we have had her for a week now and we absolutely love the GWS3, however there are few fitment issues that Jeep needs to address. We have two doors that are out of alignment and for 112,000.00 every piece of trim and every door should line up perfectly. I haven't addressed this yet with dealer or Jeep as I just realized these issues on first cleaning. We also have a headrest that had a razor cut in the leather that I am guessing is from removal of protective packaging. I'm sure Jeep and or dealer will make everything correct. I can't justify buying a vehicle of this expense without it being perfect!

Here are pics of areas that need addressing. First pic is passenger door that has gap up top...not flush at all. Second pic shows drivers side back door out of alignment by about 1/8 inch. Third shows small cut in headrest... Besides these three things we absolutely love the GWS3 however these three things are deal breakers for me. We shall see what dealer/Jeep has to say about it this week. I will post updates!

Thanks everyone for posting these issues. Helpful for those of us who haven't taken delivery yet, so we'll know what to look out for. Will be interested to hear if your local dealer is able to fix these issues or not.

Just look it over well and check all alignments. We love this vehicle and were prepared for a few "gremlins" seeing as it's a brand new never built model and then all the covid crap slowing production down along the way. So far, the selling dealership in MD is saying they are going to make it right...the only problem is that we live in VA so we are trying to get our local dealer to fix things and of course they are balking so if we don't get satisfaction tomorrow, we will go directly to Jeep

Luckily I have a great relationship with my local jeep dealer, otherwise I wouldn't be willing to try Jeep's first foray into the luxury market.

I'm new here. We have a order on a Series 3 Grand Wagoneer after placing a order on a Cadillac Escalade 2 months ago and hearing nothing from them. Thank goodness we did not place a deposit on the Caddy! My wife likes the more "sinister" look of the Cadillac but then we saw the interior of the Grand Wagoneers and we were wowed with only youtube videos! More options for your money with the Grand Wagoneer also. The Cadillac ESV is much longer though which we do like as we currently have a Ford Expedition Max so going to the smaller Wagoneer has my wife a little concerned but I'm working her on it because I want that 471 HP HEMI!! I hope our wait isn't too long. We are on week 2 since we made our $500.00 deposit!
Your going to love the series III GW. I have had two Escalades and while they do look a little more aggressive on the outside, the GW is 1000% nicer on the inside. It also drives better in my opinion that the Escalades I had, and you can put the GW in sport mode to make it feel more like from a handling standpoint. Enjoy.......

That is very helpful! I'm trying to be patient since I know supply chain issues means it's going to be a few months before I can get a GWS3, but was starting to think about checking out Escalades. Better stick to my gut and just wait it out, hopefully I can get an order in soon.

Still waiting on door alignment issues and headrest to be fixed. Everything is worked out with dealer just have to wait for the headrest and once again we hear about "supply chain issues". Dealer wants to do everything at once. Haven't contacted Wagoneer client services yet as we want to give the dealer a chance. Now we have a issue with the Uconnect 5...it isn't "Uconnecting" to anything... no satellite, FM, AM, no phone will connect, nothing. Getting the TomTom map but no audible. Going to dealer in the morning for this one. New venture for Jeep so we will take a deep breath because WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE the GWS3, just aggravated with the little bugs. Confident they will all be addressed. Will update.
