My wagoneer Amazon Fire works about 5% of the time. I've brought it back to the dealer who did a hard restart and it worked for like 10 minutes. Anyone had luck with the entertainment package working?

Yes, I’ve used both streaming and hard wire from my iPad to play videos. What happens when you try?

I have passenger screen but not the second row entertainment screens. Was told FireTV is only if you have the whole system. Still able to stream on passenger screen using an HDMI cord and iPhone adapter. Passenger was able to watch live football as we traveled.
