When I ordered it, I also ordered the insurance. The insurance is instead of getting one protector, and you get another one which equals two per screen. In the kit, you get a small spray bottle with a small splash of soap in it. You fill that small bottle with warm water. The soap is more or less baby wash or baby shampoo.
Encluded in the kit is one microfiber cloth and a squeegee too.
Directions for installation are pretty straightforward. They also have a video to watch on installation.
Note- Spray your fingertips with the solution before handling protector.
It took me about 2 hr to install all the protectors for the dash (Pain the in keister), middle screens, passenger screen, and 2-row screen.
Now two months later, No more smudges that I can see; dust does land on it; however, it's hard to see them in bright light, plus no scratches on the protector too!
If I see dust, I give it a blast of canned air, which I keep in the car. And that scratch I made is gone too.
Also, LMAO, Only me, LMAO I clean the dash with a spritz of baby shampoo, hot water, and a microfiber cloth in a small bucket every once in the while. It really does the job in cleaning with no rise and no streaks... AND NO! I don't use baby powder on Patty But I've been known to BURP Patty after filler her up with gasoline. Hahahaha
