Interested in ordering a GW

I’ll be interested to see markups. I’m late to the party ordering because I wanted to see the L and the GW in person first. Now that I have, I want the GW III pretty much fully loaded.

I had planned on ordering from our local dealer, from whom we have bought no less than 10 cars over 15 years. Husband ordered a 392 from them in December with the understanding we would pay MSRP (whatever it was since it hadn’t been released yet) and it was delivered late last night. Told the salesman we would also submit my GW order while we were there. Went today to finalize paperwork and the addendum was 30k, plus a required dealer fee of $2500 (separate from the typical destination charges). Turns out the dealer sold out last year and new owner kept the name.

After an hour and a discussion with the sales manager. we ended up talking to a guy that identified as the owner who was no more than a used car dealer full of excuses and bluster. We arrived at a number over MSRP, but not anywhere near 30k over.

Needless to say, I’m not ordering my GW through them. Not worth the headache. So it’s back to the drawing board in making a relationship with a dealer. Really sucks.

Order it online at MSRP and you can select a dealer that will have to honor this....
