Hissing/Treble Noise in Mcintosh sound system

Bought new Grand Wagoneer 3 days ago. There is a constantly present hissing or treble noise that gets louder or apparent as the volume is turned up. The noise stays with all audio sources (Bluetooth, AM/FM/Sat) and while during a call. Anyone else having this issue? Dealer is telling me that the Wagoneer team is aware of it and they expect a software patch by Christmas??

I have the same issue. So annoying and it's something they already knew about just neglected to tell their customers about it. They're sneaky but they told me they are aware of the issue and in 4-6 weeks they "should" have a software update out to fix it.

Fix is out now, just released, you have to go to your dealer to have it done, a few other fixes are out as well, those are being pushed out over the air…but this specific problem requires a dealer visit.

I went to the dealer and they told me not yet. That it’ll be over the air.

Yes, we have a GWS 3 and the hissing noise is very noticeable and annoying. We have a open case with Wagoneer Client Services as we have several issues now that we have over 1700 miles on it.
The Hissing, Electric mirrors stopped working, Uconnect seems to have a mind of its own and turns on and off, door fitment issues and a very small tear in the upholstery. Wagoneer services is on it and says they will reimburse us for any down time etc... It's a new vehicle all the way around for Jeep so we knew there would be some bugs. As long as they take care of them it will be good. Besides the "gremlins we absolutely love the Grand Wagoneer!
