Hearing shipping has started

Well, I know design is a personal taste thing, but the look of the new Escalade is just off. It is soft, the side is bland, and the front is a mess, the headlights are really too small for that grill, or maybe the grill just too big.
Sure the Wagoneer is not perfect, but for me both the Wagoneer and the Lincoln look better then the escalade.
I think the Obsidian GW looks great... just don't understand why Jeep didn't start with that model.

And yes.. Escalade is a little bland because it is just a Tahoe with some lipstick. The did a good job, but hard to get it right when you start with a vehicle designed to hit a lower pricepoint.

I would love a diesel Escalade… but a 392 series 2 is what my heart wants … bluffed on taking my deposit back I am still waiting … was told to expect build date this week doubt it’ll be true

Supposedly, according to people on a Wagoneer FB group and on another Wagoneer forum site, they have released the hold and are starting to ship. Someone on the other forum site posted this:

Let's hope they can all get shipped out this week!!!

We shall see, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I'm thinking it's from Stellantis to the dealers. One of the women on the FB page (she's a sales woman) said she can confirm that picture.

Someone else posted that they are now showing 10/11 for a delivery date.

Let's cross our fingers and toes.

I was told today mine wouldn’t be built until November… I can’t wait any longer they leaving me on foot… I am near lease end on my daily driver… my non daily is on slicks… too much to risk for me

An EMail has gone out from the Wagoneer Client Services. It says they are performing validations and they are shipping vehicles as those validations are completed. They expect to see vehicles on dealers lots by mid-October.

I'm pretty confident that most, if not all of us have received that email. I did not order through the website and I still managed to receive an email. Hopefully, all of us that have been waiting a long time have received it.

That is what I did. Cancelled my SIII order and picked up a loaded up Escalade Sport Duramax. 9 weeks and 4200 miles later I couldn't be happier. Love this thing. Just couldn't deal with the lack of info on the GW, concierge was an absolute joke, my dealer was clearly going to treat me the same as a Dodge Journey owner. So far all I have seen is great marketing and terrible execution and broken promises. And then I just couldn't get over the look of the GW from the back. Maybe I will come back in a few years and give the GW a try. Still lurking here because I want to hear about people's experiences when they finally start driving these things.

I ordered my GW3 in late April, it was built in July and every ship date since then has been extended. on September 14th, it was to ship on September 28th and is now suppose to ship on October 14th. Instead of providing the real date, I suspect they keep extending to retain people from canceling their order and buying something else. I hope there are no early production problems because I would rather wait a few months while they get the bugs out. The Wagoneer Concierge service is a joke and the dealers are in the dark like we are.

I am waiting for my jeep dealer to refund my deposit and have now changed my preferred vehicle list to

a. Escalade
b. Navi
c. GW series 2 I ordered in June

if all else fails
d. Have to settle for a Yukon xl (only big truck in stock over here lol)

I'm waiting a little longer to see if they actually send mine out. If they don't, or if they don't work up a good deal, I'll be headed to the nearest Cadillac or Chevrolet dealership.

Navigator is a no-go for me.
