Sorry about your headliner issue. Seems QC was non existent on these vehicles. I am having numerous issues with mine and walked out today to find out dead in the garage. Roadside got it started but now it's sporting beautiful warning lights all over the dash, the touchscreen no longer works and the SOS is disabled. Great job Jeep! And no, I don't think anyone from Jeep is listening. And the hits keep on coming. Day Two and the headliner is collapsing..... This, in addition to the 2nd Row power seat not being operational.
So much for Quality Control on a $90k car!
Hope someone from #Jeep is listening! #Failure!

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your battery. I posted in another thread but unfortunately I am in the same boat as you. Can you update me on whether or not your issue has been fixed? This is the third time in three weeks that my battery has died.Sorry about your headliner issue. Seems QC was non existent on these vehicles. Sorry these things are happening to you as well. Our remotes did something similar and I had to completely reset one of them and re-sync it to its screen. The seat warmers seem to be a common problem. Our Uconnect went black recently and then came back on about 5 minutes later so sounds like a similar problem. Hopefully they engineers that have been traveling the country looking at these problems can find a resolve soon. The uconnect screen issue is actually dangerous at night.Won’t read text messages says incompatible but it read them before, screen froze the other day when car was turned on and wouldn’t do anything didn’t work at all, both remotes work for only one tv changed the batteries still didn’t work, seat warmer wasn’t turning on before
Seat warmer won’t stay on.
radio glitched out and died
@DocSkip, after 10 days in the shop, I just got my car back a few minutes ago. I am so happy. I was getting ready to tell them to keep it. This entire experience has been frustrating to say the least. I did hear that the weather/navigation issue is systemic and that there will be an update as well. I would say that I hope I never have to go back in again, but the heated seat issue is also apparently systemic, and the wire to fix it is on back order. I was told 40 days, but I am really hoping that’s not the case since it would basically be most of winter that there would be no heated seat, but we’ll see…@MJ331 - despite the headaches, I hope this helps resolve the issue. From all the posts on here lately - it would APPEAR that FCA Engineers are planning a huge software push in December - that HOPEFULLY will help resolve some of the lingering issues. Keep us updated on how Monday goes. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! ~skipper
@Wooshkey - the headliner issue for me did NOT get resolved. The dealer and FCA located me a new unit and had diverted to me. No issues since.@DocSkip, Did they ever fix your headliner issue? If so are you happy with the repair? I'm picking up my Wagoneer SII on Monday, 12/6. I will be checking my headliner before signing papers!
Look closely at the top of the photo and see the shims and the variance.......@DocSkip, Did they ever fix your headliner issue? If so are you happy with the repair? I'm picking up my Wagoneer SII on Monday, 12/6. I will be checking my headliner before signing papers!
