Hard buttons not responding

I have the 2022 Series II GW. I have had this vehicle for 1 year and have had some intermittent issues with the U connect system and seats. Most of this has been improved/resolved at the dealer. However, recently and suddenly the climate control hard buttons stopped responding. The small amber lights are highlighted on some of the buttons under the bottom of the main screen. If you toggle up or down the temperature hard buttons nothing will happen but the screen is working fine and can change the temperature on the lower screen. The Auto button will not change the climate to auto unless you use the screen menu buttons. Also the mileage number is blinking on the drivers cluster screen. I have restarted the Uconnect system without resolution. The car sat overnight and the problem continues. I am wondering if disconnecting the batter would resolve the problem. If so, is this safe to do with all of the electronics and what adverse effects could this have. Thanks

Take it to the dealership and get it properly diagnosed and repaired. Don't think disconnecting the battery will solve your issues.

Update. I disconnected the battery terminals and let it sit for three or four hours. This appears to have resolved the problem thus far. The hard buttons are now responding, and the mileage has quit blinking.
