Gave up the big Jeep last night

Its been fun but this big old thing just got replaced last night by its smaller version. We traded it in on a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Overland. The lack of support from Jeep on what they marketed for the Wagoneer is a large part of this and we picked up many more bells and whistles on the 4xe, heck we even got folding mirrors! :)

Good luck to all and may the bugs, gremlins, and promises made by Jeep get straightened out. I dont feel we wasted our time but the service loaner, service pickup, and concierge service left a lot to be desired if they were even availble.

Good luck, merry Christmas, and happy New Year to all.

Forgot to mention the trade/resale value of these things is horrible already. Too many at the rental markets, the "L" and change in drivetrain really hurt even without the Bidenomics moves.

I recently traded in my Grand Wagoneer S3 for a V6 Grand Cherokee. Loved my Wagoneer but it was too big for me, like driving a boat, and my original use case for taking lots of road trips has changed so I could no longer justify driving such a big vehicle around town for errands. I never had any issues with my GW though, except for the nightmare that has been cancelling connected services. I will miss it whenever a do a long trip from time to time!

I agree with you that the concierge service has a lot of problems they need to work out. I've owned other luxury brands before and Jeep has a LONG way to go to match those experiences.
