I'm back in shoppe today for this latest push and TSB. Still convinced that there has already been significant/lasting damage as a result of previous lockups. We'll see. I am keeping documentation on everything.

How many miles on yours when your 4wd issues first happened? At today's visit, was the rear diff oil inspected and changed if needed? If damage done was severe enough, some have needed replacement entire differentials.

2,400 miles in and my GWIII has started making the same vibration low pitch noise when turning. I especially notice when doing a unturned from a center lane with that slow tight turn. Will take to dealer next week. Has anyone had fix that lasts or seems permanent? My GW was built 12/21 after the service bulletin date. I do not get any dash warnings but this is a distinctly new problem that I had not had during the previous 2,400 miles. I saw the recent bulletin a few posts earlier and hope this is the fix. How aggressive should I be about having rear diff oil inspected for damage/metal shavings as some have posted?

There is a brand new TSB for all vehicles built on or before 25 Feb 2022. They found a second issue and have rolled out a fix, as you mentioned it seems like it should address your issue. I'd see if that works, and if not then push hard on the diff oil for damages via WCS.

@WagoneerCxSvc gave me a jingle about 40 minutes after my service appointment had been scheduled for (the first one of the day) and gave me a run down from the appointment. My wagoneer was delivered back to my house, sparkling clean, and in perfect working order. Obviously things are still being refined, but I am super happy with the customer service I received… from both WCS and the servicing dealer.
Well shoot, this didn’t last long… 4100 miles and the binding has returned. Back to the dealer tomorrow. Pretty frustrating to spend almost 90k on a vehicle and not be able to trust it. We got it for road trips, I’m not sure I’d want to take it on one with the way it’s going…

I had the same issue at around 2,400 and again at around 3,600. Software update wasn't performed (or didn't help) but the dealer reset DTCM on each of my service visits and that seemed to fix the problem, albeit temporarily. I'm at over 4,000 miles now and waiting for it to act up again. My car was released from service on 2/25 so not sure if they would have applied the new TSB at the time it was serviced. I'm checking with @WagoneerCxSvc to see if they can view my service notes to confirm if this TSB was applied.

Ours just came out of another trip to the shop. Replaced the power liftgate module, liftgate motor and performed the most recent RSU (22-06 I believe) for the drivetrain. We just left for a vacation yesterday. I haven't noticed the drivetrain issue so hopefully it's fixed. Sad thing is they didn't even diagnose what we originally scheduled the appointment for - dead battery (2nd time). @WagoneerCxSvc - somewhat serious question. Did early buyers like ourselves sign a "this is a test vehicle but we're not compensation you for testing the vehicle and finding the poor quality issues"? I don't recall signing this when I purchased. Worst rollout I've ever been part of. I am hoping my replacement vehicle doesn't have all these problems. At about 5 hours into our drive last night, both phones disconnected from uconnect (one of the phones was using Apple maps). Neither phone could reconnect so we used the TomTom navigation. Worked fine for about an hour or so... until we realized we missed our exit. I liked at the screen and the route had disappeared. Yes, disappeared. We put the route back in, got back on the proper route then the route continued to simply dissappear. We finally just used apple maps by watching the phone since it wouldn't connect. Simply waiting for the next "fun" problem to happen on our trip. But that's OK, we get 1 day of rental coverage if the lemon dies on a trip. Waiting for our dealer to locate a vin to replace ours. No luck so far.

And we're back for round 3... just got the steering binding and the noise again. Taking it in today so they can do the latest update from the TSB I saw on this thread from 2/25. I'm hoping this is a "final" fix as I've seen others say it's taken care of the issue. I think I'm going to start a conversation about replacing this "lemon"... just too many problems with the early builds it seems.

Add me to the list for the drivetrain issue. Started at 2200 miles on GWIII. Wagoneer services said it should be just a software update, but the dealership called and chuckled and said there is no way this is just a software update. I'm going to call them back now that I found the TSB number to make sure they have it.
