This means that your ordering dealer is in this particular FCA sales zone. All orders have this attached to them. When the build is complete, they’re grouped by zone so they end up on rail cars that are going to the same area. Anything labeled with Chicago as a zone means that Chicago is its final rail destination before being given to a car carrier. Mine has the same on it.

A good chunk of manufacturers lump their Milwaukee area dealers into the Chicago market. FCA/Stellantis is no exception.
