Automatic folding seat function stopped working

I purchased a GW lll in early December. A couple of weeks later, the automatic folding function stopped working on one of the second-row seats. Motor sounds like it's trying to fold but then stops. I took it back to the dealer for service, and they said they would have to order a new motor, and I could bring the car back then. It's been eights weeks, and no update from the dealer on the part arriving or even an estimate. When I check with service, all I get is "I have no update."

Has anyone else experienced the same mechanical issue with the auto folding seats or problems with getting repairs done?

heard there is a software up date for those, but I don't believe it. we've had issues with the left seat, and had to get a replacement unit, now I have the same problem on the right side. but when someone comes and looks at it. it works as designed, maybe it'll mess up in New York at the press scrum next week, cause that's when I'm guessing it'll happen.

Sounds like supply chain issues. I've been waiting on parts for my wrangler for months, welcome to the club.
