Are Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer owners 'Allowed' to be DuckDuck Jeepers?

I thought we might have a fun thread to go along with all the great information we post about our soon to arrive, or recently arrived Lux SUV. Let's have some fun, keep comments about the tradition(s) and enjoy ourselves now and again.

Stellantis has gone to a lot of trouble to differentiate this line of vehicle from Jeep, yet it is under that business line/brand. It even has Jeep 'easter eggs', as some call the branding marks. So, are we members of the Jeep family, and as such are we able to enjoy and participate in both the DuckDuckJeep and Jeep Wave traditions?

Let the stories and thoughts get posted!

I have a Gladiator as well and while I appreciate the wave, there are so many wranglers on the road here it gets exhausting waving. Sometimes when I take the wagoneer I'm just like thank god I don't need to waive to anyone lol.

Excuse my naïveté but I do not know this DuckDuckJeep you speak of. Been a Wrangler owner since 94 when I would plow my dad’s parking lot and still never heard of it 🤷‍♀️

No worries... I only heard of it recently myself. Here is a bit of history for you.

Ahhh, the joys of not being on any social media platform means I have missed out on the fun of rubber duckies. Though this explains why my step-mom has several on her and gives them to my kiddo. Mystery solved.

Since the Wagoneer is bigger maybe we should use Turkeys or Geese. 🤣

I heard via my Best Friends kid, has a Wrangler so has been Ducked a few times. This is the closest thing to Social Media for me frankly. LinkedIn for work networking, don't do social stuff there either.

I think I like the little ones that fit into the door handle, etc. Otherwise we may get something like this one!

I got my little yellow duck attached to the key fob. 🦆 So far, I haven't experienced the wave yet. However, a couple of American Salutes have been thrown at the little circus clown cars 10 in a bunch, racing each other zipping across, cutting off cars on a three-lane highway in moderate traffic here in NYC. :ROFLMAO:

@coolerbythelake and @Dahammer , you in favor of traditional smaller ducks or the belief you need to Go BIg or go home? 😄
I’ll admit, I had never heard about this before this post. I really like the idea, though. I think the Grand Wagoneer drivers need to have a concierge involved. We’ll point out where we want them left and Paige will hand deliver; wouldn’t want to risk breaking a nail or have to deal with having any direct contact with a lesser Jeep owner 😂.

Or maybe the ducks we leave can be gold plated so they really know where they came from!

Hmmmm, I like the effort with the large blow up but how stealthy will I be while I lose my breath blowing up ducks in the Target parking lot. Maybe I can get and air pump that plugs into the cigarette lighter…that’s still a thing in new cars, right?

Cigarette lighter? I thought the term was changed to Doobie lighter, at least in Colorado and a few other states. So it is light up a toke, not a smoke anymore...

Either way, definitely get the air pump, you'll waste a weekend otherwise. 😂

You can still get the lighter package in Wrangler and Gladiator models, but the name should be changed to Emergency Fire Starter package; it beats rubbing two sticks together to start a campfire if your matches get wet & you run out of lighter fluid.
