Stellantis had an error in adding these into Manuals. They were trying to get them pulled and I believe sent out a notice to the dealers and those who owned the vehicles at the time.
And on the planned side of things, they've had a few engine start/stops trying to get the corporate MPG averages down, etc. Sad that's the factor rather than proper vehicle performance. Make me remember the 10 scariest words of all 'We are from the Government, and we're here to help.'. 😅
