The more I think about this specific bug, the more it looks like Apple's car play and not the actual Uconnect system, unless this happens using the built in nav and not apple maps...
Thanks! Of course that apple will do that only for their app : )
Driving the last couple of days, I did get a couple of weird phone drops from uconnect, both where when the lower screen was closed and I activated the massage function in the driver chair from the door button. On both times as...
How did you get the apple carplay nav app to appear on the driver screen?
I have non of the above issues so far. I do see a couple of glitches that could be either bugs or just an oversight in design:
When power side step is stored, sometime it will open and close immediately when door is...
You heard wrong, up to the point your truck is built there is no way for someone outside Stellantis to track the status
But once your truck is built you can see the build sheet, just add your vin at the end of the link:

Once your...
The difference in clearance (half the height difference) between the stock wheels and 35" is 1.6" looking at the vehicle you can fit this without any lift with the correct rim offset. In any case as soon as I get my Obsidian, I'll install 25" and post pictures
I also have a 1991 final...
I believe your sales rep is correct.
Makes sense that it is a 3.92 and not 3.29. I have the content build of the GW and it says 3.92. Also a 3.21 and a 3.29 axles are just to close for both numbers to be correct.
Congrats, I have a 1991 and I just love the original waggy.
If your car spent time in the Northeast be sure to use some lubricant before opening any old bolts or nuts and not force. Penetrating oil and waiting a couple of hours will save you days of work.
Rear hatch window is tricky, get a...
I'm sure that once they are out you can easily install a winch. It will probable mean removing the front facia and replacing the front cross member (bumper support) with an after market one. I have done it on a Grand Cherokee myself in an afternoon.
I used...
The Durango ones are really cool, as they fold into the side tracks. The Waggy ones are taller and collapse in width to fit into the rear cubby.
In both cases Its nice the have these come with the car...
All the data is from the GW owner's manual.
First you are looking at 16,000 GCW vs 14,000 for the Yukon, that is a big difference.
Second and more importantly the 6.4 has a lot more torque and power, and is mated to the best transmission money can buy today, unless you are getting a hypercar...
The tongue weight should be measured (weighed) with a boat there is little you can do to change it other then a weight distribution hitch.
If the tongue weight is 750lb then your calculation is correct and still within the allowed gross combined weight.
I'm curious, why did the Yukon Denali...
I believe that it is with one caveat. The tongue weight needs to be accounted for.
E.g. if you have 600lb trailer tongue weight then the payload would be 850lb and the trailer can still be the 9850lb max, provided that both together do not go over the GCWR which is between 15,000lb to 16,600lb...
