Click for full resolution, and they're three different sets with three different, but similar ideas behind them.

First set keeps the original body, but changes some colors and adds a wood inlay at the shoulder line that wraps around and above the tail lights.
1 - just the wood.

2- wood and duotone

3- wood and pillars

Second set is basic window changes, and again, color:
1 - classically shaped rear window

2- just the pillars colored.

Set 3 has the most dramatic changes. I've added the classic lines of the original, but pulled away from the front, so that the front clip can mostly remain unchanged. I also moved the charge port into that body line.. but I can only attach 5 at a time so I'll move that to my next post. Lol

1- color swap. I think this wouldve done better in presentation. Black body, white roof. That's it for this one.

2 - this one has no classic body lines but it does have the rear glass shape and moved the door badge to the fender. Color is back to original.

3- taking what's above, adding in the classic body lines and moving the charger port to the body line.

4- back to black with #3s modifications.

.. I think that does it.

Looks so much better in all black!

While I am also a fan of the old waggy, I have a 1991, to me all the designs above are actually not as good as the one that made it to the 22 production model. You cannot just grab elements from something and copy to another vehicle. Best example is the rear side window angle. It was cute on the original but not brilliant and it looks like a desing typo when you add it to the new one. But hey just my opinion, I'm not a car designer
