They are horrible. And any inquiry is answered by an overseas operator with no clue and no authority to do anything to help. They will however string you along, and then blame it on waiting for their manager to respond. Just wait, after six months of ownership they want to start billing us...
They keep pushing back the fix for this. I would be shocked if the update to fix the last update which took away surround sound actually comes out in June.
How many miles on yours when your 4wd issues first happened? At today's visit, was the rear diff oil inspected and changed if needed? If damage done was severe enough, some have needed replacement entire differentials.
How much of a pain was it to swap out all the window stainless trim for black? Did you keep a parts list of black factory parts you can share? Been thinking of the same thing.
