Wagoneer App Issues

My Wagoneer III hasn't updated since I purchased the vehicle. The app says it has 85 miles on the odometer, when I now have 1050. Fuel and oil have never updated either. I can lock/ unlock/ start and find vehicle however...so some aspects of the app do work. Just not sure I want to pay for it. My 2019 Ford Mustang GT has the same functionality, (that works well), and it is free.

Same issues here, we have the latest software from the dealer as of last week and the app for the phone still fails to get information from the vehicle. This combined with the lack of dealer support as they sold as concierge service and the lack of folding mirrors has us looking at something else, even if it means switching brands. A bunch of little items adds up to huge disappointment when you spend $80k+ on a vehicle. Jeep should be embarrassed how this roll out went.

Hi, has anyone else seen the Software Update button in UConnect? I have been playing around with the UConnect widget options and found a Software Update button. Haven't tried it yet, thought I'd reach out to see if anyone else has found it or not. I will go through the steps if needed and put that out here on the forum if others can't seem to find it. Took me just looking around at how to customize the Home Screen, found an option to put three widgets on the screen and viola', found a Software Update button.

Any cautions as well if you've used this button?

It doesn't actually force any update

The app and the website are still in SOS mode; I have no email or info either. Not sure why some people said it is working now and others are not. Can it be working for a Wagoneer and not for Grand Wagoneer? Maybe.

As of 7/15/ 2022, My Wagoneer app and website portal has finally been updated, showing current info.
Not sure if this is a permanent fix. Four months to the day of being out for me.

Hate saying it but mine's been fine from day one. I did go online back in January when I got my VIN and opened an account on the website first. Kept checking, etc. and when I finally got my vehicle and they activated the account at the Dealership, all worked and it has ever since. Used the Valet feature when I dropped my vehicle at the Detailer for the PPF, etc. Also watched the Location function too just to make sure it didn't get taken for a joy ride (which it didn't).

Maybe now that the SW has been updated, maybe a soft reset of the system would work? Also maybe check the Dealership and see if they actually DID do the activation they have to do using the right email address.

Just guessing, that's a bummer to see. 😞
